Eckhart Tolle

Meditation Group

This group provides the opportunity for persons interested in Tolle’s work of to meditate on the ideas he has presented in the “Power of Now” and the“A New Earth.”  We play an audio or video of Tolle speaking or reading from his works.  After greeting one another, we listen quietly for 20 minutes followed by 20 minutes of meditation.  In keeping with Tolle’s intention to listen and “be” with the ideas, speaking at the end of the session is kept to a minimum.

Please call for the group schedule. There is a fee of $5 to cover the cost of the room and defray the cost of the audio and video media provided.    

Discussion Group

A separate discussion group, sharing personal grow using Tolle’s ideas, is under consideration.  If you are interested, place email or call me.

Facilitator

Mark Hirschmann, PhD, LMFT, RN is a marriage and family therapist and a professional nurse licensed in the State of Wisconsin.  He has a long standing interest in matters spiritual and finds Eckhart Tolle’s work to reflect the essence of several well known spiritual traditions while speaking effectively to a contemporary audience.

Directions:  Find free parking in Bayshore Town Center at the intersection of Silver Spring Drive and Port Washington Road.  (This is near the east bound exit to Silver Spring Drive from I 43.) Locate the Food Court (with Rocky Roccoco’s Pizza and Arby’s).  Enter the glass doors next to the Chocolate Factory.  Go up the stairs or take the elevator up one floor, bear right, and go the end of the hall.

Convenient Parking to the Food Court:  Drive north on Lydell Avenue from Silver Spring Drive.  Once past the post office, look for the ramp into the red brick parking structure just beyond Boston Store.  Continue north to the glass doors.  The food court is a flight of stairs or elevator ride down one level.
